If you are a subscribed member of Transcription Net and you are having trouble logging in, here are some tips: - If you made your payment with a PayPal eCheck (deducted from your bank account rather than a credit card), your subscription will not be activated until the payment clears. This takes several business days.
- Usernames and passwords are both case sensitive.
- AOL users must check the Remember Me box before logging in.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on Lost Password? Then simply enter your username and e-mail address and click on the Send Password button. You will automatically be sent a new password immediately via email. Use this new password to access the site. If you do not receive a password, please be sure to check your spam folder.
