MEETING TRANSCRIPTIONIST for the City of Mason Planning Commission Zoning Board of Appeals and Design Review Board Responsible for taking hand written and recorded minutes at Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Design Review Board meetings and converting them to Microsoft Word documents. PC meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, ZBA meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month and DRB meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month; all meetings start at 7:00 p.m.
