I need someone to transcribe some English audiofiles.
It is about 1:45 of audio material. The price I can pay is 40 USD.
You do not need to indicate who is speaking, a simple – and a new paragraph to differentiate between the speakers is fine. The transcription must be excellent quality, so no spelling errors etc.
If there’s anything you do not understand, you can mark it yellow and I will look at it later.
Let me know if you’ll be able to do some more, I still have about 1,75 hours left after this one. |

I have approximately 10-12 hours of digital .wav files of interviews between myself and the subject of a book I am writing. All tapes are one-on-one interviews; some minor exceptions where there are 3 participants. I would have you use Sony Digital Player so it will match up to my player so I can notate the portions that need to be transcribed. The quality is excellent and you will have no trouble understanding. You don't have to have a foot pedal, as you can use a mouse to start/stop, but a pedal might be a little easier. Confidentiality Agreement must be signed, as this information is work product and the identity of the participants cannot be disclosed. I would like a quote per hour of recording. |

I've got 14 interviews left to transcribe from my summer research in the Dominican Republic. Once finished, I get to start my data analysis of community leader interviews about vulnerability to climate change. I paid a friend to help me with part of the work this spring, but she's started a new job and now I just need to get this DONE!
If you speak Spanish and are feeling up to this especially boring gig, please drop me a line! I'll pay $9/hr -- each interview takes 2-4 hrs to transcribe, so compensation could add up to $300-500, if you work quickly (as I will also continue plugging away at this too) -- did i mention, it needs to get done!
Must provide your own mini-cassette player and speak fluent spanish. |

Hello, I am looking for reliable freelance transcription help, looking for attention to detail, intelligent and accurate verbatim transcription with basic punctuation inserted as your transcribe. I usually have a format example to follow and some basic instructions, time code is sometimes needed. I either have digital files or DVDs, ongoing throughout the year.
This is a work a freelance/ remote job at a rate of $10 per hour (approx $40-60 per hour of material). I can pay via check or Paypal (or in person in Austin). You can hold the transcripts if you wish until after I pay you if we do not meet.
