If you are an A+ legal transcriptionist, we are very much interested in you. In your cover letter, please describe your experience transcribing full court proceedings and depositions--this is very important--and we invite you to attach two or three redacted transcripts as samples (not required) to your e-mail.
We are seeking highly skilled legal transcriptionists with a strong grasp of the English language—grammar, punctuation, vocabulary—who are both detail-oriented and capable of following very specific instructions. Our ideal candidate is self-reliant and self-motivated, most likely a perfectionist who is in love with words, a good communicator with his/her employer, savvy about software applications, and has a year of solid legal transcription experience.
