Job Description: $1000 SIGN ON BONUS for Full Time acute care MTs. We are currently seeking full time medical transcriptionists for 2nd and 3rd shifts which include Saturdays and Sundays, to join the JLG family in providing quality patient reports. In addition to two (2) current consecutive years of acute care hospital (Basic 4 with emphasis on OP notes) we are seeking self-motivated, disciplined and responsible MTs. Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and must provide their own reference materials. Hardware/Software: Windows 2000 or XP, MS Word 2000 or greater (not MS Works), Pentium 3 processor or greater or AMD processor, a minimum of 512 MB of RAM, Medical Spellchecker (Stedmans recommended).
Method of sending/receiving dictation: Web-based software. DSL or Cable. No Satellite.
Compensation Information: 65 characters per line including spaces. Line rate offered based on experience and skills.
