DUTIES: Transcribes Physician's dictations of patient care and treatment into comprehensive typed records. Provides medical information on the patient’s medical record. Transcribes all dictated reports including history and physicals, consults, discharges, transfers, death summaries, operative reports, emergency reports, and radiology reports. Transcribes all reports within the appropriate time frame.
