Minimum 2 year proficiency in multi-speciality, acute care, diagnostic, and radiologic medical terminolgy. Excellent word processing skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with time constraints. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Transcribe various acute care reports dictated by the medical staff from various facilities. Obtain competency and proficiency in transcribing all work categories assigned to the hospital Medical Transcription Services Department.
