Atlanta medical office looking for work from home medical transcriptionist / medical administrative assistant. Generally our transcription work takes two hours per day and is primary care, very straightforward transcription work. Medical transcription background is a must (i.e., if you do not have a medical transcription background do not reply to this post – a medical terminology course does not qualify you as a transcriptionist by the way). EMR experience is preferred as our dictations are done inside the EMR (if you don’t have EMR experience it’s not a problem as long as you’re willing and able to learn).
In responding, please advise why you are interested, why you are qualified (i.e., detail your medical transcription background), and if (in addition) you are interested in providing virtual medical admin work as we have additional tasks that may be performed from home after the day’s dictations are complete.
