Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of all transcription and secretarial duties in the department. Interacts with internal and external customers including patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner. Performs other duties as assigned. Follows PPH rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws, and standards. Carries out the mission, vision, values, and quality commitment of PPH.
