Looking for a Medical Transcriptionist who is interested in an independent contractor position. This is a work at home position, but you must live in the Atlanta or Athens area. <br> <br> Must be able to commit to working 5 days a week. <br> <br> EXPERIENCE is preferred. We are willing to talk to people who have MT education but with little experience. <br> <br> Strong grammar skills are mandatory. Finely tuned ears able to decipher garbled speech. <br> <br> Strong file management skills in Microsoft Windows, including knowledge of compression utilities such as WINZIP. <br> <br> Very strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, e-mail, chat, and research using Google and MT resources. <br> <br> An ability to meet deadlines, deliver on promises, and work around ALL your personal and family committments (since you set your own working hours as an independent contractor and can work from home.) <br> <br> Contractor position has no benefits except the ability to work from home. <br> <br> Send your resume when you respond.
