Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Our  293-bed medical center is an award-winning organization and part of the University of Maryland Medical System. We offer the ideal environment in which to advance your career. We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals for the following openings. High school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 60 wpm accurate typing skills and thorough knowledge of medical terminology are required.

HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

• Full-Time – Monday thru Friday, 2p-10:30p  (on-site or home)
• Part-Time – Sunday & Tuesday, 7a-3:30p & Wednesday, 5p-9p (on-site)
• Part-Time – Monday, 7a-3:30p, Wednesday, 5p-9p & Saturday, 12:30p-9p (on-site)

 In addition to the above-mentioned qualifications, all candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of medical transcription experience in a Health Information Management/Medical Records Department. If applying for a home opportunity, you must reside in Maryland or neighboring state to accommodate initial training period requirements, occasional on-site meeting, computer upgrades, etc.

 RADIOLOGY

• Part-Time, Every Other Weekend, 11a-7:30p (on-site)

In addition to the above-mentioned qualifications, candidates applying for these positions must have one year of Radiology transcription experience.
