Job Description
Rsponsibilities: Medical language specialist who interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other healthcare professionals in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services. Performs additional duties as assigned and when necessary. Proper performance results in patients and healthcare workers receiving timely and accurate information and professional staff being able to devote more time to delivery of services.
Qualificitions: Two (2) years Radiology transcription preferred.
Three (3) years of hospital transcription experience accepted. Graduate of an accredited Medical Transcriptionist program.
