After training this will become a work at home...Ability to interpret and transcribe medical dictation by physicians to provide a permanent record of patient care. Meets quality and productivity standards Operates designated word processing, dictation and transcription equipment to complete assigned duties. One year of Experience in healthcare transcription either in a hospital or physician setting required, three years preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology courses required. Completion of Transcription Program preferred. Knowledge of Computer; keyboard skills required.
